A few days of freebies...

I have found a few online free to download cookbooks and I was also told about the youtube free audio books!!! So you should get your search engine ready and start your search on any book you want to listen to or some cookbooks to download and print for free!!!

Speaking of free downloads there are so many things for free download, coloring pages, crossword puzzles and lots more! it could keep you and the kids busy for days! It would be good to start getting these things now before it gets too cold and then of course you'd be out of ink and don't feel like going out to get it and so on and so on.... may as well get it now so you'll have it later!!!

I also signed up for my "shopathome.com" account!!! So excited about it! I follow Krazy Coupon Lady and find "free" deals all the time to that website... It is very much like ebates where you get a "rebate" for qualifying purchases and after you get $20 in "rebates" they will send you a check! its pretty wonderful!

Today's freebie is an online copy of goose berry patch pie recipes! It was quite a sad day at the mail box when no goodies arrived via USPS... but I did sign up for lots of freebies already this morning that should be here in the next 4-8 weeks!!! Some of which I'm very excited about!

Prior to this blog I had been getting freebies for over a year now very regularly... I have over 50 shampoo/conditioner samples that have been taking space in my "travel size" box... as if we traveled often or something... We used to, but not so much anymore!! Anyway my new goal is to start going through those samples and using them to get rid of some of the clutter... Another great way to think about it is that I wont have to buy shampoo for over a month! SCORE!!!

Kangaroo song... Kangaroo song....

So on 8-24 I got this cute little Kangaroo with its baby stuffed animal... it arrived in a UPS box and I had forgotten I even signed up for this guy... It was a freebie given away by Dish Network.. and no, I am not a dish customer... I personally do not have cable at all... I enjoy my Roku box and hulu via the roku... $8/month instead of $50 I'll take it... plus I have an antenna that gives me my local channels so that my husband and I can compete against each other on Jeopardy during the week!

Anyway back to this cute little freebie... I have the most adorable little niece who will be 1 in October... the next time I see her she will be getting this toy! (She lives in Florida and I just thank God her mommy is a flight attendant so that I can see her more often)

Can I interest you in a free coke?

I wanted to start a blog of all my free items I get in the mail or through a wonderful shopping trip. I know there are a million blogs similar to this one but this is a more for me kind of blog... just a great way to document what I get and see it all in one place... My husband is always pretty amazed when I come in with freebies or better yet when they just show up on the door step!!!  I will be posting yesterdays freebies today and a separate post for today's freebies... I will do my best to post daily... for a while anyway since I am pregnant with our first little bundle of joy- Due this December so the occasional slip up should be expected and I probably wont post anything Saturday and Sundays... unless I get something too cool and can't wait to share!  So here we go!
